Adv. Joel Levi completed his studies at the Law Faculty in Jerusalem in 1962 and his work for a Masters Degree on Tenders Law in Israel serves as important study and assessment material to this very day.
He qualified as an advocate in 1964 and then established the firm that he heads.
Adv. Joel Levi served as deputy president of the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Israel Bar, secretary of the Israel Society for Medicine and Law and member of the American Genealogy Society�s executive.
Furthermore, Adv. Joel Levi was one of the founders of the German-Israeli Jurist Association.
His public activity includes pro bono representation of teenage members of street gangs, representing victims of work accidents and guidance and training in the Israel Bar association pro bono projects. In his legal work he has represented plaintiffs and defendants before all the courts in Israel and administrative courts in Germany. Furthermore, Joel founded a project of commemorating Jewish lawyers in Germany that lost their licences in Nazi Germany. Joel Levi initiated the research that resulted in the book Lawyers Without Rights.
Joel is multi-lingual, speaking Hebrew, English, German and French.
